Basic tshirt uniforms are the least expensive option. Tshirt uniforms are generally used in city-run league situations. The local Parks and Recreation Department is not likely to want to pay for jerseys. Tshirt uniforms are basic tshirts with a logo screen-printed on the front and a number on the back.
